Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Trainer drives agent success by delivering high-impact, client-aligned training for both new hires and tenured staff. Beyond the classroom, they serve as a critical bridge to production—monitoring speed to proficiency to ensure a fast, high-quality ramp-up. They maintain meticulous records and serve as a central communication hub, providing actionable insights to both Training and Operations leadership to ensure every agent hits the floor ready to excel.
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
At least 1 year of experience as a program trainer or A minimum of 1 year of adult teaching experience.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and align with client expectations.
Willingness to work onsite at the Belmopan location.
Attention to details (Written and Verbal communications)
Strong classroom presentation skills
Proactive client communication, alignment, and partnership
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Be committed to punctuality and attendance
Ability to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Experience in training is a plus
Being fluent in Spanish is a plus (not mandatory)
Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels within different offices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours with the possibility of working outside of contractual hours.
Ability to give and receive feedback appropriately.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to stay cool and collected in emergency situations.
Be proactive and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Understanding/use of Microsoft office for training tool development (create excel trackers, PowerPoint presentation, action plans etc.)
Able to meet productivity demands with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Is persuasive, encouraging, and motivational when giving feedback to others
