IT Manager - Information Technology

The IT Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues, optimize systems performance, and implement upgrades and new solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system health, managing access and permissions, overseeing backups and disaster recovery procedures, and maintaining documentation of IT processes. The IT Manager will also contribute to IT strategy, support technology-related aspects of clinical project delivery, and provide guidance and training to team members on IT tools and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including administration of servers, networks, cloud services, and operating systems.
Candidates should possess skills in information security and compliance, such as implementing security controls, managing access, and supporting adherence to ISO 27001 and related standards.
Candidates should possess skills in systems and application support, including troubleshooting, configuration, integration, and performance optimization of business-critical tools.
Candidates should possess skills in IT project management, including requirements gathering, planning, vendor coordination, and execution of technology initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
