Analista de Legalização

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Legalização based in Brazil.
This role is responsible for managing corporate legalization processes from opening through completion.
You will coordinate registrations and licensing with government bodies across Brazil.
The position requires close monitoring of deadlines, requirements, pending issues, and process statuses.
You will help ensure companies remain compliant with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
The role combines process analysis, documentation, customer service, and communication with public agencies.
You will also contribute to process standardization, quality improvements, and operational efficiency.
This is a remote opportunity suited to an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex procedural challenges.
Accountabilities
Manage company incorporation processes, including registrations and follow-up with Commercial Registries across all Brazilian states.
Monitor processes from submission through completion, identifying requirements, pending items, and potential delays.
Communicate with municipalities, Commercial Registries, and other government agencies to resolve issues and advance processes.
Conduct corporate licensing procedures and support the issuance of operating permits and other required licenses.
Handle processes involving company openings, contractual changes, and company closures.
Keep process records and statuses updated while ensuring deadlines and required documentation are properly managed.
Support the preparation and analysis of corporate documents, including minutes, bylaws, and articles of association.
Analyze regulatory impacts and identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and document legalization workflows.
Apply basic quality and process-improvement practices, including checklists, PDCA, 5 Whys, standard operating procedures, and process mapping.
Provide professional and responsive support to clients throughout legalization and regulatory processes.
Requirements
Completed technical education and/or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience handling company incorporation, contractual amendments, and company closures.
Experience with legalization processes and communication with public agencies.
Knowledge of Brazilian legislation and regulatory requirements at an intermediate level.
Experience preparing corporate documents such as minutes, bylaws, and articles of association.
Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Basic knowledge of data analysis, process mapping, documentation, auditing, and process improvement.
Familiarity with indicators such as NPS, CSAT, TMA, and TME.
Basic understanding of technologies such as AI and RPA and their potential application to business processes.
Basic knowledge of creating SOPs, standardized procedures, and flowcharts.
Familiarity with regulatory and corporate topics including CNAE classification, holdings, franchise registration, NGOs and associations, angel investors, and startups.
Ability to organize multiple processes, prioritize deadlines, identify inconsistencies, and follow through on pending matters.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, accountability, and a customer-oriented approach.
