IN_Bosch Rexroth India_Executive / Assistant Manager_Material Planner

1. Leading, coaching and developing operative team of "Shared Material Planning" and "LOG Supplier Mgt." at Ahmedabad.
2. Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market FC/consumption/capacity, effective negotiation with supplier to ensure material prepation and capacity reservation.
3. Escalation management (second level) in case of supplier delivery issues (functional support by PkP MRP planning manager).
4. Responsible for KPIs and targets defined by DC-MH Central Logistics.
5. Responsible for related material project to optimize supply chain and improve supplier delivery performance.
6. Supplier management, annual logistics agreement (consignment stock, SA, LT, EDI, TLV, supplier evaluation, etc).
'- Team leading skills and minimum 5 years of team leading experience
- Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical, Trading or Logistic preferred
- Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket)
- Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP material planning
- Logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills
- Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure
- Problem analytical skill and problem solving
- Relevant working experience incl. production or project management preferred
- German language skills would an advantage, but are not a mandatory requirement.
