Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellence in every client interaction.
Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
