About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and commercially focused Senior Product Manager - Plumbing to lead the growth and performance of our Plumbing portfolio. Reporting to the Segment Manager - Building, you will drive category strategy, portfolio performance and new product development across New Zealand.
What Will You Do?
Lead the Plumbing category strategy and product roadmap.
Manage portfolio performance, pricing and range optimisation.
Deliver market, customer and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
Drive new product development and commercialisation initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute category and marketing plans.
About You
Experience in product, category or portfolio management.
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
Success launching and commercialising new products.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Background in building products, plumbing, construction or manufacturing is highly regarded.
