Role Description The Academic Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role involves providing academic and career guidance to students through one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and informational meetings. The Academic Counselor will help students understand their strengths and interests, choose appropriate academic programs, and plan career trajectories aligned with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with educators and parents, and referring students to relevant resources or support services as needed. The counselor will also contribute to developing and delivering workshops, participating in outreach activities, and supporting continuous improvement of counseling processes.
