Sr. Retail Operations Specialist - HOKA

The Senior Retail Operations Specialist supports the Retail Operations Manager in driving HOKA Retail’s operational priorities and capability building. The role focuses on business analysis, commercial planning, retail systems and processes, operational project coordination, incentive planning, and execution tracking. The position works closely with retail stores, Global teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into clear actions and deliverables.
25% Data Generation, Reporting and Business Analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual retail performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze key retail KPIs, promotion results, and store activation performance to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of key retail expenses.
- Translate data findings and operational learnings into clear recommendations and follow-up actions.
20% Commercial Planning and Project Support
- Support the development and execution of short-term to long-term retail commercial plans.
- Translate commercial priorities into clear store actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track execution progress, target achievement, and business performance.
- Under the leadership of the Retail Operations Manager, coordinate and drive assigned projects by proactively engaging cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful project implementation.
20%Retail Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Under the leadership and with the support of the Retail Operations Manager, communicate and coordinate with Global and local teams on retail systems, operational tools, and related projects.
- Support system implementation, daily operation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and update retail processes, SOPs, and operating guidelines.
- Manage key retail administration processes, including payment requests, quotations, procurement, contracts, and other operational procedures.
15% Foundation Projects and Retail Excellence
- Coordinate key retail operations projects, including project timelines, action plans, and progress tracking.
- Manage PNP follow-up, measurement, regular checks, and audits, and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor store supplies and facilities expenses according to the approved budget, including shopping bags, postage, stationery, and staff uniforms.
- Support loss prevention, shrinkage control, work-hour reviews, and attendance checks, and escalate key risks to the Retail Operations Manager.
10% Incentive Plan /Group sales Management
- Under the leadership and with the support of the Retail Operations Manager, proactively initiate and develop the annual retail incentive plan.
- Review sales performance and business trends and propose quarterly updates to Retail operation manager and Retail director.
- Responsible for group sales management with monthly report to Retail director.
- Responsible for monthly retail staff bonus calculation and validation, partnering closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payout.
10% Meeting Governance and Cross-functional Coordination
- Prepare retail meeting materials and performance updates.
- Record key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
- Maintain action trackers and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication among retail stores, the office, Global teams, and local cross-functional partners.
