Product & Portfolio Manager

The Role
Logicalis Australia is seeking a commercially astute Product & Portfolio Manager to join our team in Sydney.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to make your mark as the first dedicated Product & Portfolio Manager. Reporting to the Head of Capability, you will be responsible for building and driving the lifecycle, governance, roadmap and commercial performance of Logicalis Australia's products and services, ensuring our portfolio remains market relevant, commercially successful and aligned to business strategy.
The Product & Portfolio Manager will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing & Alliances, Finance and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps, governance frameworks and go-to-market initiatives.
This role offers significant autonomy, visibility with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence the future direction of Logicalis Australia's product and services portfolio. Key Accountabilities
Establishing and maintaining product and portfolio management disciplines, governance processes and roadmap management capabilities across Logicalis Australia.
Managing the lifecycle of products and services from introduction through to enhancement, rationalisation and retirement.
Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align customer demand, market opportunities, vendor strategy and business objectives.
Facilitating product governance activities, including Product & Portfolio Council reviews, performance reporting and decision tracking.
Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities for new products, services and enhancements.
Supporting pricing, margin and profitability reviews to ensure commercial viability and portfolio performance.
Defining product packaging, value propositions and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing & Alliances.
Building strong relationships across Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance and Marketing & Alliances to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
Consolidating customer, market, vendor and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities, risks and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales teams through product enablement, positioning, launch readiness and ongoing knowledge transfer activities.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Service Management, Technology Consulting or a related discipline.
Experience working across multiple technology domains and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated experience developing business cases, evaluating commercial opportunities and supporting investment decisions.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, profitability, margin management and business performance.
Experience presenting recommendations, insights and strategic proposals to senior leadership teams.
Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Experience within technology services, managed services, systems integration or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
Product Management and/or ITIL certifications will be advantageous but are not essential.
