Brand Manager

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and help shape what’s next for The Skin Diet Company.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across brand strategy, campaigns, product launches, performance marketing, creative, e-commerce and marketplaces - taking ideas from strategy all the way through to execution.
What you’ll be doing:
* Drive the brand’s marketing strategy and identify opportunities across consumer, market and business insights
* Develop and execute brand campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives
* Own the marketing process for new launches, from planning and positioning to go-to-market execution
* Oversee graphic design and performance marketing, working closely with the team to improve campaign performance
* Plan and manage photoshoots and ensure the campaign stays aligned with the brand
* Manage day-to-day coordination across teams, agencies and external partners
* Manage website, catalogue and marketplace presence across channels like Nykaa and Amazon
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with marketing experience, preferably in beauty/skincare or FMCG, who is strategic but hands-on.
You should be comfortable balancing creative thinking with numbers, taking ownership, and working in a small, extremely collaborative team where things move quickly and everyone gets involved.
