Manager, Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support based in India.
This role leads a specialized L2 data support function responsible for maintaining reliable data operations across enterprise cloud platforms. You will manage a team of 14 data support specialists while overseeing the triage, diagnosis, and resolution of complex pipeline, ingestion, and distribution issues. The position combines people leadership with hands-on oversight of data platforms and support operations. You will work closely with data engineering, analytics, platform, and business teams to improve reliability and resolve recurring technical challenges. The role also offers the opportunity to establish support standards, strengthen governance, and drive continuous operational improvement. Working in a fast-paced environment connected to clinical research, you will contribute to data capabilities that support critical, large-scale research activities.
