Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewa. The Sales Executive will focus on promoting and selling Bajaj Finserv’s financial products, including loans, insurance, and investment solutions, to prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending suitable financial solutions based on customer needs. The role also involves managing end-to-end sales processes, completing documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring timely follow-up to close sales. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of sales activities, achieve assigned targets, and uphold high standards of customer service and compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.
Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex financial products clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills to understand lending, insurance, and investment products and interpret customer financial profiles.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, maintain documentation, and meet sales targets on schedule.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems, as well as comfort with MS Office or similar applications.
Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC sales is preferred, though motivated early-career professionals may also be considered.
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial; local market knowledge of Rewa and surrounding areas is an advantage.
Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, ethical work practices, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve common goals.
