Roles and responsibilities
The MC- IT Advisory EPM team is seeking Consultants (Oracle Financial Consolidation Cloud Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.
We are looking for consulting professionals with 4+ years of experience. Who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry’s best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.
The role would require:
o Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.
o Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
o Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
o Capability to deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.
o Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirement
o Experience working through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications.
o Must have 1+ complete project lifecycle experience in Financial Consolidation Projects.
o Technical and functional knowledge of the Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report module is preferred.
o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, financial reports based on client requirements
o Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS.
o Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations.
o Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load and Data Load.
o Experience on EPM Automate/OIC integrations.
o Good documentation and presentation skills.
Good to Have
o Experience in HFR and DM/ FDMEE
o Working Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase
o Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting.
o Good Knowledge on Narrative reporting
Experience & Background
o Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MBA/MCA
o 4-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools.
o Excellent communication skills
