Your Role
We are looking for Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Support (Order Management), you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will play a key role in ensuring business continuity, driving process improvements, resolving complex production issues, and supporting global supply chain and customer fulfillment operations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Order Management and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
Manage incident, problem, service request, and change management activities in line with SLA commitments.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting order processing, fulfillment, delivery, billing, and customer service operations.
Coordinate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities, and deployment of business requirements.
Your Profile
4–8 years of experience in SAP SD / Order Management support, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
Experience supporting global Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, consumer products, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
Hands-on experience in SAP production support, AMS (Application Management Services), or support and enhancement engagements.
Good understanding of Order Management business processes and supply chain operations.
Exposure to logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or inventory management processes is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related discipline.
