Description:
Responsible for leading the technical team, ensuring quality delivery of customizations, integrations, and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and support team for Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing projects.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution
Develop and review custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with architects for solution design and scalability
Relevant Experience
6–7 years in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Marketing and 3+ years in lead roles
Mandatory skills
Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Marketing Technical lead
Desired skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web Resources.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ALM.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

MB 210: MB 230: PL 400 PL-600, AZ-104
