Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Retail Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers in the agricultural sector, specifically those seeking financing for tractor and farm equipment purchases. Your role will involve understanding their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of the TFE business.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, including loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of customers effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for financial analysis and reporting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
