[What you will be working on]
Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means
Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund
Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders

Background in accounting, business or economics
Good numerical and computer literacy
Good critical thinking and analytical skills
