About the Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will help clients maximize the value of asset finance technology solutions by delivering technical expertise across implementation, customization, integration, and support activities. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and development teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that address complex business requirements. Success in this role is measured through successful client outcomes, high-quality technical delivery, system performance, and effective stakeholder collaboration. You will contribute to the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization.
What You Will Be Doing
• Consult with clients to define technical requirements and recommend best practices for solution deployment and adoption.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions, plugins, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Build and support web and Windows-based applications using Microsoft technologies and modern development practices.
• Develop data migration processes, automation scripts, and interface solutions to support implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across databases, infrastructure, application performance, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Produce technical designs, effort estimates, implementation plans, and development documentation.
• Support system architecture decisions and contribute to continuous improvement of technical standards and practices.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.
• Ensure solutions support the complete contract lifecycle and align with client business objectives.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise web and Windows-based applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, relational database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data migration solutions within complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, source control, testing, and defect management.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, CSS, and modern web development concepts.
• Experience providing technical consulting, solution design, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with asset finance, leasing, lending, or financial services technology platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with third-party financial systems.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports, UML, object-oriented design, and enterprise architecture practices.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or advanced technical certifications.
• Experience delivering client training, workshops, and technical knowledge transfer.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
