Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance productivity.
Utilize strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
Promote and enforce best practices in software development, including OOP principles.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
