To set, operate and clean the compression machine like Sejong, Cadpress-II, Cadpress-IV, and other make compression machine as per respective
2. To perform the cleaning of dies- punches and accessories as per respective SOPs.
3. Carried out Dies and punches inspection as per respective SOPs.
4. To perform in-process checks of compression as per respective SOPs like
weight variation, Hardness, friability thickness and disintegration time etc.
5. To calibration operate and clean the analytical balance, electronic balanceas per respective SOPs.
6. To set, operate, calibrate and clean in-process equipment’s like Verniercaliper, Hardness Tester, Friability apparatus etc.
7. To maintain the area clean and hygienic.
8. To communicate the supervisors / Production Staff related to daily activity.
9. To wear protective garments appropriate to the operations to be carried out.
10. Completion of all documents and records at the time of operation.
11. To ensure the proper status labeling during batch processing.
12. Assisting every person working in compression area.
13. To perform any other jobs/work as and when assigned by Head of
department / Designee.
