SENIOR ARCHITECT - Architecture and Technology Management

Role: Enterprise Architect
Role Summary
Lead the overall technology charter for a given account by connecting customer needs, solutioning (thought leadership), delivery governance, incident management, team capability development, AI readiness, and innovation-led value creation. Act as the bridge between customer expectations, architecture decisions, engineering execution, and future-focused transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Technical Leadership
Engage with customer stakeholders to understand product lines, priorities, challenges, and roadmap direction.
Support solutioning for new requirements, enhancements, and transformation opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor for architecture, modernization, reliability, AI adoption, and platform evolution.
Drive value adds that improve customer outcomes, engineering efficiency, and platform maturity.
Incident & Service Governance
Provide leadership oversight for major incidents, recurring production issues, and service risks.
Guide triage, root cause direction, corrective actions, and preventive improvements.
Ensure incident learnings are converted into structural and operational improvements.
Delivery Oversight
Review technical delivery across projects, support, maintenance, and enhancements within the account.
Ensure architecture, design, implementation, quality, and supportability are aligned with engineering standards.
Be part of new and existing account proposals, estimations, solution approach, and technical differentiators.
Identify delivery risks early and define mitigation plans across architecture, quality, dependencies, and operations.
Team & Capability Development
Support talent development of architects, leads, engineers, QA, DevOps, and support teams through mentoring and technical guidance.
Build an AI-ready team by promoting responsible adoption of AI tools, copilots, code agents, and automation-led practices.
Encourage reusable patterns, knowledge sharing, engineering discipline, and continuous improvement.
R&D & Architecture
Own the account R&D radar by tracking relevant technologies, practices, and innovation opportunities.
Convert R&D insights into practical value adds, pilots, accelerators, and modernization recommendations.
Define and uphold architecture principles, standards, patterns, and guardrails for the account.
Modern engineering, AI-assisted delivery, architecture thinking, and operational excellence across internal and customer forums.
