Role Description The Corporate Gift Packaging Specialist will be responsible for assembling, packing, and presenting premium gift hampers for corporate clients and events. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing products, implementing packaging designs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring each hamper reflects the client’s branding and occasion. The role involves coordinating with the design and operations teams, managing inventory of packaging materials, and preparing hampers for bulk orders and timely dispatch. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring hands-on work in the packaging facility. The specialist will contribute to continuous improvement of packaging processes and help create memorable gifting experiences for corporate customers.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Packing and Packaging Design to create visually appealing, well-organized hampers.
Knowledge of Packaging Engineering and materials to ensure durability, safety, and cost-effective solutions.
Experience with Quality Control to maintain consistent standards and minimize packaging errors.
Research skills to explore new packaging trends, materials, and gifting ideas aligned with corporate branding.
Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and client specifications.
Good organizational and time-management skills, especially for handling bulk and time-sensitive orders.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage physical tasks.
Prior experience in gift packaging, corporate gifting, retail, or merchandising is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy for order tracking and documentation; proficiency in English and Hindi is beneficial.
