Role Summary
Wellspring is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer to augment the Accolade product engineering team. The engineer will contribute to the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of platform features while working closely with product, engineering, and QA team members in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has solid .NET development experience, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to contribute production-quality code as part of a collaborative team. Prior AI experience is not required, but candidates should be willing to learn modern AI-assisted development practices.
