About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own up leveling the design of our core experiences across our worker and workplace apps.
You'll partner closely with product and engineering to define vision, build roadmaps, and solve real problems for our customers. You'll talk to customers regularly and use what you learn to form a clear point of view on how to build solutions for their needs. You'll explore multiple directions, design user flows, visuals, and interactions, build detailed prototypes to test them with customers, and iterate until what ships is polished, intuitive, and impactful.

Sharper visual design, tighter interactions, more consistency across surfaces, and more care in the details throughout the experiences our customers use every day.
What You'll Do
Own design for core features end to end across the worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through specs and launch.
Serve as the primary experience voice for your team, framing ambiguous problems clearly enough that partners can see the vision and build from it.
Partner with PMs on planning and prioritization, using user needs and business context to decide what gets built and when.
Set a high bar for craft and push visual and interaction quality across everything you design in our products.
Build detailed, high-fidelity prototypes that show how an experience looks, moves, and feels.
Design within our design system and contribute back to it, working with other designers and engineers to get new components and patterns built into the codebase.
Talk to customers regularly to understand their problems, and use research and data to shape the experiences that solve them.
Integrate AI throughout your process, from synthesizing research and analyzing competitors to generating concepts, writing copy, and building working prototypes.
Take accountability for quality at every stage of a project, and above all for what ships.
Skills you’ll need
5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work that shows strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking.
Experience owning a product area with little oversight, taking ambiguous problems from definition through launch and iteration.
Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, motion, and interaction detail.
Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
Experience working within and contributing to a design system, including partnering with other designers and engineers to get changes built in code.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design for interconnected flows and complex existing systems.
Experience talking directly to customers, and using research and product data to inform design decisions.
Credibility with engineering and product partners, built on clear communication and the ability to explain design rationale and influence direction.
Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, with the ability to present work confidently and explain design rationale.
Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to speed up your design work.
Openness to feedback, with the ability to take critique, adjust, and keep work moving.
Nice to have
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, or products where both sides of a transaction depend on each other.
Experience designing for healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains.
