CSA Project Lead - Data Center

Lead the delivery of all CSA work packages from pre-construction through project completion.
Develop and manage project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle.
Review CSA designs, specifications, and construction documents for constructability and compliance.
Coordinate design activities with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary consultants.
Manage design changes and ensure proper control of revisions.
Oversee site construction activities and ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Lead site coordination meetings and resolve technical and construction issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, data center standards, and project specifications.
Support implementation of QA/QC programs and inspection processes.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
Serve as primary CSA interface between client, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure successful integration of building and critical infrastructure systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 10-15 years of construction/project management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading CSA packages
Proven experience managing multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Experience in fast-track construction environments with aggressive delivery schedules.
Track record of successful project delivery from design development through commissioning and client handover.
