Position: Consultant Phaco Surgeon / Cataract Surgeon
Qualification: MS/DNB Ophthalmology or equivalent recognized qualification
Registration: Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities
Perform phacoemulsification and cataract surgeries as per expertise.
Conduct pre-operative evaluation and assess surgical suitability.
Manage post-operative follow-up and patient care.
Diagnose and manage routine ophthalmic conditions.
Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, treatment options and expected outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical and surgical records.
Coordinate with OT, nursing and ophthalmology teams.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Ophthalmologist with relevant surgical experience.
Good expertise in phacoemulsification/cataract surgery.
Strong clinical and surgical skills.
Good patient communication and counselling abilities.
Candidates looking for a long-term association are preferred.
