Occupational Health Projects Executive
We are looking for a driven & committed individual to join our dynamic Factory HR Team in Horana to be part of projects for a period of 1 year!
Requirements:
Be a graduate in Management/Science/Healthcare or related discipline.
1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, occupational health coordination, nursing administration or medical centre operations will be an advantage.
Good understanding of clinic operations, appointment coordination, records management, medical supplies, provider follow-up and healthcare documentation.
Strong awareness of medical confidentiality, ethics, data privacy and employee health record protection as well as administrative processes.
Good IT literacy with practical reporting, dashboard and record management capability.
Be comfortable working in a factory healthcare environment.
Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills, have a strong bias for action and ability to meet deadlines.
