Data Analytics and Data Engineering Architect

Responsibilities:
Data Manager who combines strong technical depth, solutioning mindset, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate like a pre-sales consultant with delivery ownership.
Delivery Management:
Own end-to-end execution of data programs from initiation to go- live.
Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and quality.
Ensure best practices in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery models.
Drive governance with weekly status reports, steering meetings, and escalations.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and Architects.
Build strong delivery culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance reviews, career growth planning, and hiring.
Improve utilisation and resource planning across projects.
Technical Leadership:
Guide teams on architecture, coding standards, reusability, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimisation.
Review designs for Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, BI models, and reporting systems.
Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-optimised cloud solutions.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Interface with senior business stakeholders, delivery heads, and technical teams.
Present status, risks, roadmap, and value realisation clearly.
Handle challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements:
Preferred Background Experience in IT Services / Consulting / GCC / Managed Services. Managed large enterprise customers.
Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation.
Exposure to multiple domains (Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, etc. ).
Certifications in Cloud / Databricks / AI/ML.
Education: Graduates only (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12th or 10th).
