Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend development, API design, cloud deployment, and application architecture. The role involves building enterprise-grade digital products, AI-enabled platforms, analytics dashboards, workflow applications, and customer-facing solutions while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Python frameworks.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures and reusable application components.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Required Skills:
Frontend Development: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Context API, Responsive and Mobile-First Design, Material UI, Ant Design, and Tailwind CSS.
Backend Development: Node.js, Express.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), RESTful API Development, Authentication and Authorization (JWT, OAuth)
Database and Storage: SQL Server/Cloud SQL/PostgresSQL/Aurora/Cloud Spanner, BigQuery/Redshift/Synapse, MongoDB/Dynamo/Firestore/Cosmos, S3/Blob/GCS Cloud and DevOps, Azure, AWS, or GCP, Docker and Containerization, Kubernetes (Preferred), CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Application Monitoring and Logging: Microservices Architecture, API Integration, Secure Coding Practices, Unit Testing and Automated Testing, Git Version Control, Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
