We are looking for a hands-on SAP EMS (SAP Event Management) Consultant with strong experience in configuration, customization, implementation, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP EMS configuration and implementation.
Configure master data, event types, event handling, rules, workflows, alerts, and monitoring.
Translate business requirements into SAP EMS solutions.
Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems.
Work with IDocs, RFCs, APIs, and SAP CPI from a functional perspective.
Handle testing, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and post-go-live support.
Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
5–7 years overall SAP experience.
3+ years hands-on SAP EMS / SAP Event Management experience.
Strong SAP EMS configuration and implementation experience.
Expertise in event/rule framework, alerts, notifications, workflows, and exception handling.
Good understanding of ECC/S/4HANA and SAP integration.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred: End-to-end EMS implementation, S/4HANA experience, external system integrations, and complex event-management scenarios.
