Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director to support construction operations, site coordination, project progress, and daily project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate construction activities from planning through completion.
Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and site requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
Assist with construction planning, work schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Review basic drawings, specifications, method statements, and site documents.
Monitor daily site activities and follow up on outstanding work.
Identify construction issues, delays, and site problems and assist with solutions.
Coordinate inspections, testing, completion, and handover activities.
Assist with project costs, variations, materials, and resource planning.
Prepare basic progress reports and provide updates to management.
Support and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and project team members.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Some experience in construction, site management, project coordination, or a related role.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, site operations, and project schedules.
Able to coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
Good communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Willing to work on construction sites and support project activities.
Experience with large-scale projects or professional certification is an advantage, but not required.
