Position Summary:
The Product Engineering Lead - India position is responsible for owning end to end responsibility of development of mid to large Gen AI Product, OR multiple small/medium products. He/she leads multiple cross-functional project/product teams and ensures timely delivery with right quality. This position is a techno-functional-managerial role. He/She is a problem solver that ensures delivery of Product from Engineering and Functional perspective.
Responsibilities / Experience needed:
Ideal candidate would have
Experienced in owning Platform Engineering for one/more GenAI Product(s) under aggressive timelines with quality / robust design principles.
Agentic Engineering Experience / Understanding
Eval Driven Engineering Experience / Understanding
Experience in Technology Architectures like MEAN, MERN
Have good Understanding of Cloud concepts – AWS, Azure
Responsibilities:
Design / Own Development / Lead teams for large scale software application development in AI space (GenAI Products)
Own Product / Program Management
Own High Level Design, Low Level Design for the Software application(s)
Identify problems and resolve them proactively
Liaise with customer, internal stakeholders to ensure project is on track
Approve Technology Architecture for the project
Approve guidelines, coding best practices, automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing), for the team
Ensure timely delivery, with quality
Clearly communicate status, updates and plan to project leadership
