Role: Performance Marketer
Location: Noida, Sector 62

Responsibilities:
● App User Acquisition: Plan, execute and scale paid acquisition campaigns across
Meta, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and YouTube.
● Performance Optimization: Own key metrics including CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR,
CVR and payback.
● App Conversion Funnel: Analyze and optimize the journey from install → signup →
activation → paid conversion.
● Campaign Management: Set up, monitor and optimize app campaigns across
audiences, creatives, placements, geographies and budgets on Meta and Google Ads.
● Attribution & Measurement: Work extensively with AppsFlyer / Adjust to evaluate
campaign and cohort performance.
● Cohort & Funnel Analysis: Analyze post-install performance and identify which
campaigns, creatives and audiences drive quality users and revenue.
● Creative Performance: Work with the creative team to develop, test and scale
high-performing ad creatives based on performance data.
● Budget Management: Own daily and monthly media budgets, pacing, allocation and
performance forecasting.
● Reporting & Insights: Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights
on acquisition, conversion and ROAS.
What We're Looking For:
● 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition.
● Mandatory: Hands-on experience marketing a consumer mobile app.
● Strong experience running Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta App campaigns.
● Strong understanding of AppsFlyer or another mobile measurement partner.
● Experience analyzing campaign-level and cohort-level performance.
● Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention and payback.
● Comfortable working with GA4, GTM and app event tracking.
● Strong analytical skills with SQL and/or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
