JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the PHC Sales and Detailing team, you will play a vital role in executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and delivering detailed product information. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute sales strategies in alignment with team objectives.
Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements.
Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2-3 relevant experiences as medical representative or similar role
Minimum graduate degree, preferred pharmacy, biology or other health related educational background
Able to drive and has motorcycle license (Sim C) in Indonesia
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly.
Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements.
Open for mobility across Indonesia (Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung and Surabaya) and potentially across Indonesia.
