-Responsibilities: 1. Promote personal loan products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company's performance goals. 2. Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor. 3. Response and handling of customer problems about personal loan business. 4. Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with company regulations.
- Job Requirements: 1. Have basic telephone handling skills, fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese 2. Clear articulation / strong learning spirit / able to bear performance pressure 3. Those with any telephone experience are preferred (market research, investment promotion, business assistance, recruitment, enrollment, etc.) 4. Positive attitude, ambitious, and aspiring to become a full-scale telemarketing specialist are all welcome to apply for interviews. 5. Computer relevant skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, Chinese typing 20~50A.
