A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Process Improvement Lead reporting to Senior Manager, Process Improvement.
A bit about role
The Process Improvement Lead is responsible for driving business process transformation across Field Services by analysing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved future-state processes that enhance customer experience, employee experience, productivity, quality, safety, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with Field Services leaders, SMEs, Product Managers, and project teams, the role leads end-to-end process engineering, facilitates stakeholder workshops, develops process documentation, supports digital solution design, and monitors process performance to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills, with a focus on applying best-practice methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile while managing multiple initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process improvement, process engineering, business analysis, customer journey mapping, and business process modelling, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and Lean Six Sigma knowledge. They will be skilled in facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, presenting to senior leaders, and influencing outcomes across complex environments. Success in the role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience using process management tools and Agile ways of working, the ability to build trusted relationships, manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
