The Position
External Engagement Coordination Partner
The Opportunity
Drive and facilitate end-to-end compliance process management for Healthcare Professional (HCP), Key Opinion Leader (KOL), and Patient Organization engagements across global structures.
Oversee Fair Market Value (FMV) calculations, analysis, and compliant Transfer of Value (ToV) for external collaboration activities.
Manage purchase order, invoice, and payment reconciliations with precision to guarantee swift and accurate execution.
Partner with Global Pharma Compliance offices and country affiliates to evaluate hospitality restrictions, determine FMV, and secure necessary approvals.
Collaborate with Event Managers and compliance contacts to handle logistics, travel activities, and Actual Spend Reports upon event completion.
Provide healthcare compliance advice to senior leaders, stay updated on directives, and actively support audit and inspection readiness.
Continuous process improvement: collaborate across departments to optimize tools, workflows, and address compliance corrective actions (CAPA).
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
You bring 5+ years of professional experience in customer relations management, healthcare compliance, finance, procurement, audit, or event management.
You have a solid understanding of HCP/HCO and patient community interactions, along with external reporting standards.
You possess strong project management skills and an aptitude for optimizing complex organizational processes.
You are comfortable using compliance and procurement platforms (e.g., approval workflows, SAP, or vendor management tools).
You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and excel at building trust and negotiating with cross-functional global stakeholders.
You demonstrate high ethical standards, analytical problem-solving skills, and a strong continuous improvement mindset.
