✅ Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. ✅ Core Skills: Platform monitoring, 24x7 L1 incident troubleshooting, incident recovery, and GitOps-based redeployments.
✅ Software/Tools: Red Hat OpenShift (Mandatory), Kubernetes, Linux CLI, and basic networking (DNS, IP addressing).
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal/written English skills and stakeholder management for incident bridge support.
✅ Logistics: 100% Onsite shift model (24x7 rotation) in Pune.
➡️ Position Overview
The AI Platform Operations Engineer manages first-level incident detection, monitoring, and recovery across an enterprise OpenShift platform. The role executes approved GitOps-based runbooks and ensures seamless escalation for AI platform health.
💼 Core Responsibilities
✔️ Platform Monitoring: Track system health across OpenShift, Kubernetes, and alert dashboards in a 24x7 environment.
✔️ Incident Troubleshooting: Execute basic network connectivity, DNS, pod status, and log diagnostic checks.
✔️ Incident Recovery: Perform documented L1 runbook steps and trigger GitOps workload redeployments.
✔️ Escalation Management: Log incident tickets, track symptoms, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 SRE teams.
✔️ SOP Compliance: Follow change management processes, document symptoms, and participate in recovery drills.
