Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software systems, applications, and features.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Perform unit testing and ensure software quality and reliability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.
Meet project deadlines and deliver software solutions on schedule.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others relevant to the role.
Experience with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Project management experience is advantageous.
