REGIONAL MANAGER - Retail Trade (West / South)

Purpose: This position has overall responsibility of developing sales strategies for assigned territories/ Retail Stores, focusing on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and retail stores.
Drive sales, profitability, and market share across the retail channel.
Support retail growth strategy and build retail business capabilities.
Implement retail identity, systems, and operational standards.
Manage both company-owned and franchisee-operated stores.
Lead and evaluate the performance of ARMs, AREs, Visual Merchandisers, and Retail In charges.
Take decisions related to employee promotions, transfers, and key project/task assignments.
Support stores with merchandising, product assortment, and counter-staff training.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with malls and superstores.
Identify and capitalize on emerging retail opportunities.
Ensure effective retail operations and franchisee development across the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional business objectives.
