[What the role is]
As a Finance Manager (9-months contract) for the Financial Planning Section, your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities
Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies
Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions.
Support budget reallocation and virement exercises to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs

Requirements
Candidates are required to possess:
University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business
Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis
A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
