Overview
The European Public Sector team is looking for a Business Excellence Analyst, who is responsible for providing analytical support to the segment leadership team, as well as leading and managing performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector landscape, as well as experience in market researches, performance measurement, and data analysis.
Role
- Monitoring and assessing the segment’s performance against its strategic objectives
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
- Leading performance improvement initiatives
- Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, integrating data from internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, MPA)
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the public sector
- Supporting the development of the segment’s business development strategy
- Supporting the preparation of the segment’s quarterly reviews
- Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for the segment leadership team and other stakeholders
All About You
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field
• Some experience in performance measurement, or data analysis in the public sector or a related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to details
• Fluency in English and another European language
• Consulting background is preferred
• Location: Warsaw (Poland), Lisbon (Portugal), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Bucharest (Romania), Peterborough (UK), Prague (Czech Republic)
