HMH is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This role involves driving complex revenue transformation programs, leading Salesforce org re-architecture (re-org), and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across global environments.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue lifecycle management, along with working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, and a proven track record of delivering highly complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions
Drive Salesforce re-org initiatives, including org consolidation, redesign, and optimization
Architect end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes including product catalog, pricing, contract lifecycle, ordermanagement, billing, and revenue recognition
Apply CPQ concepts to support pricing configuration, quoting workflows, and deal structuring where required
Design scalable solutions for complex enterprise use cases and high-volume transaction environments
Define and implement advanced Revenue Cloud capabilities
Establish integration architecture with ERP, finance, billing, and external systems
Translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
Lead large-scale transformation programs across cross-functional and global teams
Define and enforce best practices for governance, security, and performance
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Mentor teams and provide technical leadership
Oversee release management, deployment strategy, and environment planning- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise
Deep experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (end-to-end implementation)
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ concepts and capabilities
Proven experience in Salesforce re-org / org restructuring projects
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Data modeling and large data volume handling
Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and scalability
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
Revenue Cloud / CPQ certifications
Experience with multi-org strategy and global implementations
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
