Technical Project Manager | OTT & Streaming Technology | 4–5 Years | Mumbai

We're hiring a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of technology projects across our OTT and media workflows. You'll be the bridge between engineering, DevOps, video ops, architects, vendors and customers — turning technical requirements into clear delivery plans and driving them to on-time, high-quality execution.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, milestones, risks, resourcing and closure
- Translate requirements into actionable plans, task assignments and acceptance criteria
- Track multiple parallel projects/POCs, surface blockers early, drive resolution
- Coordinate deployment, integration, testing and go-live across engineering, DevOps, QA and NOC teams
- Run day-to-day coordination with customers, partners and vendors — status updates, MOMs, action trackers
- Oversee UAT, issue triage, change control and handover to operations
- Maintain Jira boards, documentation, dashboards and weekly leadership reporting
- Support infra/license planning and flag cost or schedule deviations
What we're looking for
- 4–5 years in technical project management/delivery, ideally in OTT, streaming or broadcast tech
- Track record independently driving cross-functional projects from requirements to handover
- Comfortable with both Agile and traditional delivery methods (sprint planning, dependency management)
- Strong with Jira (or similar), Excel/Sheets, status reporting and technical documentation
- Able to hold your own in architecture discussions and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership, escalation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Electronics, Telecom or related field
Nice to have
- Exposure to OTT/video workflows (ingest, transcoding, ABR packaging, origin, CDN, playback)
- Familiarity with SRT, RTMP, HLS, MPEG-DASH, CMAF, DRM or stream monitoring
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP), plus basics of networking, APIs, CI/CD and containers
- Experience running customer POCs, vendor integrations, or 24×7 ops handovers
