Graphic Designer II

Graphic Designer II creates polished, brand-aligned visual assets that support a wide range of business needs across marketing, product, communications, and internal initiatives. This role leads medium-to-large design projects, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to the evolution of the visual identity. The ideal candidate has strong creative and technical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of design outcomes from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Design a variety of digital and print assets, including campaign visuals, presentation decks, event materials, product graphics, and social media content.
Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs that support storytelling and strategic messaging.
Contribute to the evolution and governance of the visual brand system.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, and deliver final assets.
Provide art direction for photoshoots, illustrations, or video components when applicable.
Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse across the organization.
Mentor junior designers and participate in feedback and review cycles.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across formats.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Motion or animation experience.
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
