Role Overview:
We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) to build and maintain scalable e-commerce solutions. The role involves you to design and develop scalable backend solutions in Magento, delivering seamless multi-region and multi-currency experiences while driving performance, security, and conversion optimization across the e-commerce platform.
Job Description:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) development.
Strong expertise in Magento architecture, custom modules, plugins, and backend customizations.
Experience building and integrating GraphQL, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
Proficiency in MySQL, Redis, Varnish/Fastly, and platform performance optimization.
Strong understanding of platform security, upgrades, patches, and data migrations.
Build and maintain headless Magento PWA websites integrating with backend services via APIs.
Integrate third-party systems: ERP, PIM, payment gateways, shipping/logistics, and inventory platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues including checkout, cart logic, and third-party conflicts.
Knowledge of headless commerce, API-first architectures, and e-commerce best practices.
Adobe Commerce (Magento) certifications will be a bonus.
