Descripción del puesto:Funciones:
La persona seleccionada tendrá asignadas las siguientes funciones.
• Se encarga de llevar la comida y/o bebida a los comensales del restaurante, teniendo una función muy importante al ser el responsable de que los productos lleguen a la mesa en el menor tiempo posible.
• Recoger el material de desbarase (platos, copas, cubiertos, etc.) durante y después del servicio.
• Ayudar en el montaje y preparación de mesas y mise en place al inicio y fin del servicio.
• Ser un apoyo activo del camarero/a y del jefe/a de rango, anticipándose a sus necesidades.
• Transmitir energía positiva, discreción y excelencia en el servicio a cada comensal.
