Job Description
You will have to execute / manage commodities trade settlement operations as per timelines specified by exchange / clearing house / Depositary participant on all applicable trading days.
 You will be required to execute routine tasks that are critical for service delivery on a daily basis as per defined schedules.
 You will play an active role in sharing process inputs to product and engineering teams for helping them develop / activate commodities segment for trades on broking platform
 You will responsible for drafting and maintaining operations SOP for commodities settlement operations.
 For process deliverables that are delayed or failing – You will be required to coordinate with respective internal teams or external providers ( Exchange etc ) for timely identification and resolution of the issue.
 You will need to collaborate with different teams, external partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of processes so as to achieve desired service levels
 You will be responsible for ensuring compliant outcomes for all Internal and External regulatory audits.
Qualifications
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
 Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Commerce, Arts or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
 Relevant work experience in commodities settlement operations is a must.
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
 Technical capabilities: Excel, Data monitoring/ Extraction through SQL or other Database queries would be an added advantage.
