Monitor production and collaboration health metrics, fostering transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across all teams.
Support people management efforts in partnership with discipline leads, ensuring clear goals, career growth, and strong team morale.
Represent the Singapore team in strategic discussions, status updates, and cross-studio alignment meetings, ensuring both clarity and advocacy for local needs.
Model Riot’s values and leadership expectations, fostering psychological safety, inclusion, and a feedback-driven culture across teams.
Champion a player-focused mindset and be the voice of the player
