Manufacturing Technician - 1

Main Objectives
ENOVIX KOREA (Routejade) is seeking a Production Technician for its lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant at the Nonsan Gayagok Agro-Industrial Complex. The Production Technician will perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment. This role is essential for supporting the production team in achieving accurate, timely, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting lithium-ion battery products and related materials.
Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the leader or manager.
Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials and products.
Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Support the team in meeting production targets and schedules.
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
Some of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.
Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
